Seeing Movies Alone

There's a marked difference between cinema audiences in Sydney and Bangkok and that is many people choose to see movies by themselves in Thailand. Today I watched a movie in Bangkok with 11 people in the cinema and everyone was sitting alone. When I go to the movies in Sydney, I'm usually the only person in the audience sitting alone.
