Reviewing movies: It is amazing the number of people who have questioned why I review movies. They ask me why I bother when I don't get paid for writing reviews. Things are not always done for monetary gain. It is one of my hobbies and I enjoy doing it.

I find that is a great way to express my thoughts and opinions. As I have been going to the movies since I was a child, I feel that I have picked up enough knowledge along the way to be able to share my views and make qualified judgements of movies.

When people question me, I throw it back to them and ask what hobbies they have and if they get paid doing them. That usually shuts them up pretty quickly. Think about all the hobbies people have and I am sure the majority of them are done for self-fulfillment and personal satisfaction.

I shall continue writing movie reviews until I get sick of writing them. With your support and motivation though, I can't see this happening soon. Thanks for continuing to read my reviews and I shall do my best to keep you well-informed and entertained.
