The Music, as the name suggests, is a music publication in Sydney. There's enough movie features though to keep cinephiles interested. I mainly visit this site to enter the giveaways and I've been fortunate enough to win prizes like movie tickets, DVDs and Blu-rays.

 

This publication used to be known as Drum Media. I usually get my hard copy of The Music at the local pub or JB Hi Fi. Be aware though that the film and giveaways sections can only be found on the website. Check at least once a week for updated competitions.

 

The reviews are on the brief side. An example is the review for Inside Out. Their review is only 208 words. In comparison, my review is 548 words. You won't find many reviews on the website either. You'll definitely find more reviews on my page.

 

If reviews don't interest you, there is a section on film news. I must admit that I haven't accessed that section yet as I find most of my film news on IMDB.
