Eating in Cinemas

I feel compelled to write this after having tonight's viewing experience nearly ruined by the lady sitting next to me chomping away on her chips. OK, I know it's not against the law to eat away to your heart's content while seeing a movie, but please refrain from digging in to that chip packet to make so much noise. Surely with modern terchnology we can invent a type of noiseless packet to keep chips fresh! To make matters worse, she had her chip packet inside a freezer bag so that was double the noise when she reached in for some chips. She must have had an endless supply of chips too because she was eating them for at least half the film. Memo to cinema patrons...if you're going to eat, do so quietly and quickly otherwise stay at home to see a movie on TV if you want that feast!
