Plastic Surgery

Have you noticed how many of your favourite celebrities have gone under the knife yet still deny having work done? It's a shame that some of their trademark looks disappear once they have plastic surgery. Surely they would realise that their facial expressions change as a result of plastic surgery, thus making their acting performances less real. However, it's such a dog eat dog world out there with roles diminishing especially for females once they reach a certain age that you can understand the pressure to stay young and beautiful. Just the other day, a colleague of mine thought I was 12 years older than I actually am! For some celebrities, that would probably ring alarm bells and signify a change of face.
