Movie Buffs

What defines a movie buff? It can't be someone who says they love movies but never goes to the movies. It can't be someone who says they have a healthy DVD or Blu-ray collection but never watches anything in collection. It can't be someone who only watches a specific genre. To me, a movie buff is someone who loves going to the movies to see any genre and one that has a DVD or Blu-ray collection that doesn't simply collect dust.
